This was my first public mural at the SanMarcos CA. F.H. Corky Smith Courts &  Sports Gym. I started in 1996 knowing it was going to be purely volunteer work. With all the Murals together in the entire Gym, I spent 120+hours of donated time and talent with a little help from some freinds of mine. I beleive that my time was well worth spent here at this Gym. There are a few other murals I painted in the Gym that aren't shown in this picture collage. I received other jobs from it and an award from the city of SanMarcos, in recognition of my time and energy I spent on helping to improve the quality of the community. That was my first and my very last pure volunteer work.
